Context
This project was part of a broader PR campaign led by Omni HR, aiming to spotlight real client voices and experiences with the brand. Rather than promoting the service directly, the focus was on authenticity, letting customers express how Omni RH impacted their hiring processes, talent retention, and organizational growth.
I collaborated with absrd studio, who handled the interview process and provided a curated script built from real client testimonials. My role was to transform this content into a cohesive, engaging motion piece that amplifies their voices and gives visual structure to their words.
Approach
The core idea was to turn client interviews into a coherent visual story, highlighting their real experiences with Omni HR in an honest and approachable way.
Based on interviews scripted and structured by absrd, I shaped the narrative around a clear progression:
- First, clients speak openly about the HR challenges they were facing in their organizations.
- Then, they share how using Omni RH helped solve those issues.
- Finally, they reflect on the results and how the platform positively impacted their workflow.
Throughout the video, I incorporated real visual elements from the Omni RH platform including dashboard screens, UI animations and product shots to provide context and reinforce the connection between what users were saying and what the platform actually delivers.
The motion design is clean and purposeful, using dynamic typography, branded transitions and intuitive pacing. Visual clarity was key: the goal was to support the client voices while showcasing the platform in action.
